Daniel is the CEO and co-founder of WCP. After flipping homes during the 2008 housing crisis and dealing with rigid lenders as a mortgage originator, he set out to build something better: an investor-first lending experience that actually works. Since 2012, Daniel has grown WCP into one of the largest private lenders in the Mid-Atlantic. Thousands of deals later, he is still focused and passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through WCP.
