The topic being “Where to Find The Money,” we shed some light on the various reasons investors should consider coming to a hard money lender over traditional banks, partnerships, etc. Here are a few key-takeaways from the Meetup that are important for anyone considering either a traditional bank or hard money lender for their next investment project:
1 – Traditional bank terms and timing are not conducive to investors. It is rare for banks to make loan on rehabs (the houses themselves rarely qualify.)
